TOP 5 BOOKS TO READ DURING QUARANTINE:

The one good thing that happened in my life during this quarantine is that I was able to read several self-development books and gain additional values and knowledge. While the rest of my friends share their experience on Money Heist and Riverdale, I stand lonely, unable to find someone with whom I could share my reading experiences with. Guess what, consider this post a selfish one, I don't feel guilty. Hahaa!!

At least for you guys, I am there to be your companion to share the experience of these books that are best to read during quarantine.

1.Think & Grow Rich by Napolean Hill

Eurekavillage Rating – 19/20

Excerpt : "Where failure is experienced, it is the individual, not the method, which has failed. If you try and fail, make another effort, and still another, until you succeed."

My all time favourite. I could describe it as a guide rather than a book. Think and Grow Rich always comes handy whenever I feel troubled and gives me the capability to handle it. This book was prepared by Napolean Hill after interviewing many of the most famous people of the time including Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell etc.

2.The 5AM Club by Robin Sharma

Eurekavillage rating – 18.5/20

Excerpt : RULE  #2 Excuses breed no genius. Just because you haven’t installed the early-rising habit before doesn’t mean you can’t do it now. Release your rationalizations and remember that small daily improvements, when done consistently over time, lead to stunning results.

The 5AM club acted as a key to my inner self. Before reading this book, I had doubts within me and the book cleared those and explored me to many aspects of life that I have never thought about. This motivated me to install 20/20/20 formula. Guess, you want to know about the formula. Then do read it. I can tell, after reading this book you will feel complete and have a great experience.

3.How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie

Eurekavillage Rating – 18.5/20

Excerpt : "You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you.”

“Don’t judge a book by its cover." This book is not going to give you evil techniques to influence people to do what you want them to do. It helps the readers to maintain good relationship with strangers, friends and family. It provides techniques to handle complaints, avoid arguments and keep your human contacts smooth and pleasant. GAME Changer. This is highly recommended for sales people, jobs requiring public handling and customer care. KEEP THIS BOOK ALWAYS WITH YOU.

4.The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod

Eurekavillage Rating – 17.1/20

Excerpt : "My favorite form of Scribing is journaling, which I do for 5-10 minutes during my Miracle Morning. By getting your thoughts out of your head and putting them in writing, you gain valuable insights you’d otherwise never see.”

The life S.A.V.E.R.S will really save your life. Explore to find what is S.A.V.E.R.S . The Miracle Morning is  interactive and the life of the author himself is inspiring. There are after reading options like joining Miracle Morning club and Hal Elrod’s weekly podcast (my favourite). Very useful and one of the best books for self development. This book will emphasize on building morning rituals which were proven successful for many millionaires.

5.You are a Badass by Jen Sincero

Eurekavillage Rating – 15/20

Excerpt : "If you want something badly, even if you don’t have any evidence that it’s possible for you to attain, believe it is anyway. Fake it until you make it'"

The Author has a good flow. Don't miss Chapter 15. Very useful. Even after reading all those above mentioned books, I could find new thoughts and messages in this. Few chapters are too good and helpful with nice presentation of ideas.

SHARE THIS POST TO SOMEONE YOU CARE FOR, CAUSE' "SHARING IS CARING."

SALARY FOR HOUSEWIVES?!...

The topic become talk of the day after MNM leader Dr. Kamal Haasan (Chiku buku chiku buku big boss- just joking), announced that the party would recognize homemakers as salaried professional and would pay wages for their work at home. It is not something new to us. This was the demand of women’s movement for years. The Third National Women's Liberation conference, in England in 1972, for the first time explicitly demanded payment of wages for the household work and since four decades have passed. Before going still further I would like to make clear that the views expressed are personal. WHAT? To start simply, what are the domestic work our moms do in a day ? She starts her day early in the morning, cooks breakfast and lunch (In my home both are same unfortunately😂), washes your clothes, irons it, washes all the utensils, keeps the home clean and more than anything else, never ever failed to shower love upon us  despite all her works. Eurekavillage personally want to appreciat...
